You repeat quite a bit the "capacitive touch controls" when in fact they have accelerometers, and everywhere (including in the app, but you also mention it) it needs *taps*, not simple touches like a phone screen or a laptop touchpad; works 9 out of 10 times (or even less often) when you don't know that a simple soft touch can barely be registered as a movement of the entire earbud. No, there's no need to rap like knuckles on a door, but they definitely need more than that soft caressing :) touch. After you learn that, they will always respond to double and triple taps (10 out of 10 times).
That's exactly what I was going to say. AptX Adaptive, brighter treble and much better battery life makes them a far more compelling option. Passive isolation is great so I don't miss the ANC either. Heck, even the case is nicer with a matte finish.
A suggestion for earbud reviews is to test call quality via zoom or teams and if the buds allow mute/unmute function. Many of us work feom homw and would like a decent earbud that works with teams and not be restricted by a 2m cable of a jabra headset.🎉🎉
This design, fit, & auto-pause function is just like the 1More Colorbuds 2... which I recently purchased & returned because it advertised as 8 hours without ANC but I only got 5 hours. I really like this fit & design though.
Hi Chris, I want to ask, between these earphones, which is the best for the price. 1. Sony WF-C700N (£75.88) 2. Anker Soundcore Life P3 (£59.32) 3. Oppo Enco X (£58.47) All of these are their promotion price and I found out these promo price are always similar each month.
Hi Chris, if music, battery life, price and ANC is considered (in this order) which one would you recommend, 1. Edifier TWS1 Pro 2; 2. Soundcore Liberty 4 NC or 3. Tozo Golden X1... or perhaps something else 🙂 Thanks!
Soundcore Liberty 4 NC for ANC (also sound very good) are my pick right now. But the Golden X1 are a very close second for the sound of them is fantastic. Quite balanced. You also get teh LDAC support with the others.
Can both buds be used in mono mode? Usually when you see battery diff between buds it means they work in master/slave mode and one has to work harder being connected to the case and the other bud in the same time.
I have Edifier TWS1 PRO since 2021 and they are amazing. It has IP65 protection, has Qualcomm aptX codec and aptX Adaptive. Excellent sound, good bass, they are comfortable, the battery lasts 12 hours and has fast charging. I would not buy the Edifier TWS1 Pro 2, the battery lasts 6 hours, it does not have the Qualcomm aptX codec, the protection is IP54 and it takes a long time to charge. In conclusion, Edifier TWS1 Pro 2 is a downgrade.
Hi. Can it be used separately? Sorry my English not so good. But what i mean is if i want to use either right or left and the other one is charging, is it possible with this? I hope you understand what i mean.
About 3 minutes into the review and this just sounds like (aside from the ANC) a complete downgrade from the Pro 1’s. And honestly I don’t even miss ANC on the Pro 1’s as they fit so well in the ear they block out the majority of noise anyway.
Why sbc only? What a weird choice. Even on Android, AAC is still a better choice. Surely the better chips or licenses are trivial. In such a crowded space, I don't get why they'd offer so many decent software tweaks but totally choke on codec choice. Bizarre.
The Edifier TWS1 is supported apt-X codec and the battery life of the case is 32 hours. This one is definitely big downgrade compared to TWS1, what's happening Edifier?
@@Techtablets Not only Edifier actually, others brand also the same, like Redmi Buds 3 previously was having apt-X codec but now Redmi Buds 4 wasn't, only Pro version have LDAC codec. But because of apt-X codec drop down, ANC is supported for current generation, got pros and cons I would say.

Seems like the 1st version is still a great option depending on which features are a priority.

Hi Chris, Thank you very much!
We're lucky here in PH, that's earbuds is like 27$ (a lot of vouchers)
also w240tn is 35$, so its better deal

I think this is perfect for me. Not a treble high guy and will only use it for ANC due to commute.

I would say the Sony out of them. But also check the Liberty 4 Pro NC

Thanks for the review. Would you recommend these or Space A40 especially for ANC?
A40 for the ANC.
I kinda want those earbuds. Anyway, great review.
Thanks!
edifier tws1 pro 2 or soundcore space a40?
Soundcore Space A40

Is it possible to turn off the touch controls completely? I don't want them to trigger when my hair brush them during runs.

How you seen their new W820NB Plus headphones?
SBC and four hours of battery life are a deal breaker for me.
For $50 they had to cut a few conrners and yes it shows.
Can you turn on transparency mode in then when you have only single earbud in your ear?
Bought these for 35USD. Bang for the buck
Is this better than W240TN?
Any idea whether they can block airplane engine noise?
Hello. Great video. I have one pair of this earbuds. It's normal that the case top gets a little loose when its closed? Thanks in advance!
Yes they are like that the lid a little loose.

Why are all the reviews on Amazon five stars but they've got them free.?
Not sure it's possible?
@@Techtablets Thay Do it all the time. That's why you can't believe the reviews. If its Free. You are going to give it 5 stars
Weird questions but what is the app you used to play the music? Love the UI. ( At 6:17 )
Poweramp
Can't find anything about this having aptX codec.

Yes it is odd the lack of at least aptX liek the last version. I think it has to do with cost cutting.
EDIFIER W320TN VS TWS1 PRO 2 ??

Seems the cost saving to get that $50 price point meant dropping the codec support.

I been waiting for theses... but they made them worse... i guess ill keeping rocking the 1st generation

What's your preferred ~$50 earbud?
Capsle 3 Pro with LDAC or if you want slightly better bass then these right here.
Second babyy
Okay but does it matter 😅
