the song is supposed to be about overcoming a breakup and finding yourself again but if you think about it in the context of what happened to him not just the song lose but the whole album sounds like its his story of overcoming all the obstacles stacked against him, going through all the darkness to finally find the light and finding himself and his happiness again, the songs go from darker tone slowly lighter and lighter until you get to the outro which has the lightest feeling its as if he finally let go of the the dark chapter and the heaviness of it that he is ready to close the chapter of the darkness and move towards only the light in his life
Wonho's personality is totally the opposite of his body, he is such a bunny, he is so cute and so beautiful inside and outside, he is so selfless and loves his Wenees (fans) more than anything in this world and he puts such a great amount of efforts in his songs and music videos he even designs his own outfits, not to mention how he cares so much about his international fans, in this album he has 3 English songs, he's so sweet. And when it's a Wonho's song then you know for sure there is a behind story after it, it may sound simple but as one of the comments says he might be talking about what happened to him and how he's finally let go and now he is happy with everything he'a got, the whole album says it all. Yeah, Wonho is very strict about working out everyday, most of the time 2x for an hour each. He's been working in his health and body for 6+ years. And he works hard to stay flexible so he doesn't injure himself when dancing with all that bulk. On top of that he writes and produces a lot of his songs (as he did with Monsta X).

I wasn't trying very hard to catch meanings behind the MV but as I was watching today I thought maybe all the scenes show before in perfect state and later everything breaking into pieces, being destroyed, including himself. I felt like the MV was some kind of dream turning into a nightmare cause there are some creepy stuff happening there too haha well, idk but I had a lot of fun just thinking about it and seeing you guessing too ^^ This song is sooo good! And yes, he is really strict with his diet though there are cheat days and he could eat as much as he could without getting feeling full 😅 On a daily basis, he works out in the morning and at night.
