    I really love the orange one, it's so cool! I especially love how the top remains perfectly still, even though it's being held up by those moving twisty pillars!

    I could see that spherical thing as a carnival ride. Yeah, each quadrant could become a rotating arm with seats on the end, some catwalks for loading the upper half... Could someone show it to some people at IAAPA.

    XL motors though

    • @aeh5040
      @aeh5040 7 років тому

      Actually these are all powered by M motors. They are more than adequate for many applications.

    • @hughstaffordlangan4949
      @hughstaffordlangan4949 7 років тому

      I know, I was saying they should have used XL motors to make them run more smoothly.

    How come they don't run smooth

    • @theyellowk123
      @theyellowk123 7 років тому +7

      The one with the circles just seems to have too much friction, the wheels are rotating opposite to each other.

    • @Giraffiti
      @Giraffiti 7 років тому +2

      theyellowk123, you're partly right, one wheel is the only wheel that has any drive. It pushes one wheel and the other wheel gets pushed by the wheel. It's really jittery because of the friction, Lego motors aren't that friendly to friction.

    • @aeh5040
      @aeh5040 7 років тому +4

      The "push wheels" one does have a fair amount of friction. It ran smoothly to begin with, but running non-stop for two days takes a toll.
