The best part about this is that Mega Man: Powered Up itself has a level editor built into it.

37:20I like how the Yellow Devil was portrayed in this level. The game may not come with the ability to put the Yellow Devil (or any other Wily Boss) in levels, but that didn't stop this determined maker from making the next best thing.
@@NeoCrash9 Indeed it did. It's a lot easier now to make Yellow Devil oriented arenas with the actual Yellow Devil in the game.
