Hello, Uncle Momo! Thank you for your reaction to the video that my wife Marina uploaded, which has already received more than 4 million views! She did not record the video, she got it from a dance teacher who taught our daughter. But our children are not in this video. I would like to ask you to add the following information about the "Povzunets" dance to the video description. This is important because many people think that this dance is Russian. Povzunets is a Ukrainian stage dance created and first staged by Ukrainian choreographer Pavlo Virsky. He comprehended the dance moves in its evolutionary development, revealing its inherent artistic and technical potential. The artist saw in such move as "crawl" the material for creating a virtuoso, holistic in style and technique dance "Povzunets’", which became a classic example of building a dance on the transformation of a single move element. Thanks to P. Virsky's creative approach, the traditional element of dance art evolved from a folkloric model to a virtuoso dance in which the "crawling" movement is used in various technically complex variants. On the basis of one folklore move, P. Virsky also choreographed the dance "Pleskatch", which, like "Povzunets’", became part of the golden fund of national choreographic art of national choreographic art. There is nothing even close to such dance in the Russian folklore.
It's much easier to do as a child. When I grew up, I tried to repeat what I did as a child and oh my God, I will not forget this pain in my legs 😆. The guys from my class, who tried to do a similar performance, complained that it was very difficult and girls could not do it. Guess who did better?). Of course, our performance was worse than in the video, but it was fun 😌
I love it when you speak in other languages- ( side note) . I thought I’ve been schooled - I was wrong you are teaching me so much now ! Guilty pleasure! Soooooo cool they replied to you 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤. I can Diiiiiig it ! You roll your R’s perfectly silly ! I would be so exhausted after this - amazing stamina in such a beautiful art from . Now you are getting me into history too - 😂😂😂😂
