I give you the maddest props because you did this before the patch that fixed a lot of broken things, and the first thing that made me notice was: - Rumor didn't signal she would make her attack in the middle before dropping her fat bee head. -Cala's fight didn't have parriable fire or whatever those eels spew out. -If you face-hug Cala, then she won't make you a statue. -Dr. Kahl didn't have parriable gem fragments.
Cuphead is my favorite game here, fan since the E3 of the game. In 8 years of playing this amazing game... I have never seen such skill. You got my respect.
for those who might ask why he/she beated Phantom Express in simple: cuz you cannot reach the train's heart by axe parry, meaning that it is impossible to beat without shooting
Phantom Express can be beaten whetstone only, but only in multiplayer. Basically you have your partner die a hundred times and then revive them when they are high enough to hit the train's hitbox.

But couldn't the pirate be possible if u farm parries until his last form? Like get 5 parries from the octopus and use the 1st super art (or 3rd) to attack? Like I know it's the challenge to do it only with the whetstone, but it would still be challenging nonetheless.

Not possible, his last phase is impossible to parry with the whetstone as well. And it would take away the purity from the challenge, anyway. :P
