I'm the only developer on the game, working off a beer budget, so hopefully that puts things into perspective a little.
Sorry that you guys ran into a bunch of issues, especially in regards to controllers, I've recently seen a bunch of people unable to get their controllers working and now, even on one of my test PC's, Xbox controllers suddenly don't work in Steam (not just my game), so I'll email Steam support to find out what is going on.
I totally understand the confusion and frustration with a lot of the mechanics, and it's my goal to improve the game and make it as accessible and intuitive as possible in time.
It's a lot of work for one person, but I'm determined to make it happen so that it becomes the go-to party game for everyone one day.
If you guys want me to join in on a stream/video, lemme know and I'll make it happen.
