- We have found the most underrated city in Eastern Europe!
We have started our road trip from Croatia to Montenegro (with a little stop over in Bosnia to cross the borders).
Everyone told us about the border crossings through these countries so we are testing it out for you guys to see what they are like and honestly we had no issues.
Upon arrival in Kotor I mean wow this city is absolutely incredible, so underrated, there's so much to see and do and eat.

U must visit Cetinje in Montenegro, there are mausoleum, museums, monuments, viewpoints and many more things. Its too beautiful city. Cetinje has a lot of interesting stories.

As a local of Bay of Kotor, you picked the perfect time for visiting, because during the summer its really crowded and you cant enjoy the places as much, if you come with family.
I was there in August, it's an amazing city. I have to go back there, if you guys have the time to go Durmitor I definetly recommend it. The tara bridge and the black lake are amazing.
We definitely needed more time here but we literally had a few days and had to pick one city. Next time though 😊

@@OliviaBarrosMusic August is great. I recommend Kotor for sightseeing. You should stay in Herceg Novi or Tivat. Perast is nice in municipality of Kotor. Weather should be nice in august it is the peak of the season. After the chinese wall the second biggest is in Kotor, on top of the mountain. I recommend you to try local food there. 🙃🇲🇪❤ bienvenuti !

In the video when you entered old town (which by the way has 3 gates to enter in the city), you came across Gulliver's underwear.... (which my mom sew btw) ... that is the instalation that marks Childrens theather festival... the Lampshade is also a part of that. The entire city gets installations all over for the festival.

Absolutely loved Montenegro. My family were there in July. Stayed in Tivat near Koror and went up to Durmitor national park to hike the mountains. Definitely coming back.
So perfect the camera work the editing and the double comentary a pleasure to watch still no sign of a nice steak ha ha altough the prawns and squid looked awesome love the fish cleanup by your dad ha ha stay safe and enjoying yourselves

Isn't that drive the best? We did the exact same thing last year and Kotor was easily one of our favourite stops. I'll never forget that epic drive. Those mountains around that ocean bay that looks like a lake is just 👌- Trevor

We drove from Dubrovnik to Kotor then Budva. Budva was just okay...nothing like Kotor. Then we drove ALLLLL the way back to Split. ha

Kotor is the most perfect place in Montenegro, I have been going there since I was little (8 months old) and now I am 15 years old, wonderful for a holiday just amazing ... Admittedly, not so much for bathing, but because of that Ljuta,Dobrota and other places are just perfect to swim and enjoy with your family...soo kiss from Serbia💙

Joan, great point about Bosnia. We took a bus from Sarajevo, Bosnia to Montenegro and the change was dramatic. Watch our video on Montenegro on our channel. The Bosnians are strong people.

You guys need to go to Sibenik , Zadar and then Northern Croatia ie Rovinj, Opatilja, Losinj island , Cres and Krk Island and Motovun and Groznjan
You need to visit:Tivat,Budva,Kotor,Bar..and in winter Zabljak 😉

I agree that Motor is totally underrated but during high season the old town was full of people, without cruise ships! Still worth it though!

Ok, yes guys, I completely agree...me thinks Kotor warrants a return visit. Wow. You can't go wrong with that view, day or night. And we can't go wrong with your videos. Ever. Jess you have a natural animal magnetism :) Seems like every place you visit has a surplus of kitties on the streets. I just feel bad for the ones who have no homes. First half of October should be fine, second half usually rainy. Kotor has a very wet climate in winter time.
Also I really recommend going to Tivat which is the Town right next to kotor
was in Kotor few weeks ago, stunning place.
Was just there on my europe trip starting from budapest down to my home country albania. Kotor was amazing, would definitely go again. Unfortunately didn't stop at budva
