Weather addon - How to work it [Minecraft 1.20.7]

I've been wanting to try out a tornado related mod for the longest ever since 2013 and now today I finally get to.

If it doesn't work then I don't know what else to do to make it work. If you're playing on a apk or beta version then that could be the problem since I got minecraft from the app store. As to add the addon to the game you'll need to go to your files and import it. If the file ends with .zip then remove only that section and then open it up in minecraft.
