As of 2017, the scout trait goes: Tier 1 primary weapons fire does not show on enemy scanner, Tier 2 sprinting does not show on enemy scanner, Tier 3 scramble nearby enemy scanners. I'm not trying to be rude just giving update :)

Bideal, the beserker trait needs you to be below 78% health after the June update. You said as soon as damage was applied the buff applies.
