  • The Cyberster is coming to New Zealand & Australia late 2024 (hopefully). I had the chance to look at the Chinese version while I was on holiday. It is absolutely unique and eye-catching! It will also be the first fully-electric Sports convertible available in both regions. Will it sell well? I don't know. Is it cool? Absolutely YES!

    My order is still on schedule to be delivered in July. SAIC seems to be making a thorough effort to ensure their "Halo car" doesn't fall on its face in the first early iterations. 🙏🤞 Hope so. 😊 Would be disappointing to encounter too many hiccups. 😬

    Cool car. Hopefully they improve on the lack of OTA updates and general software quality present in their other cars.
    I love my MG4, and the quality of software can be forgiven at that price point, however people paying luxury car prices for the Cyberster are going to expect top quality software to match.

      Yep, the Chinese version comes with OTA updates. Not sure about NZ though.

      Not sure about spec or pricing for NZ yet. UK version starts at £55k.
