You might mention the accreditation body in your country and also specify that your lab follows the ISO 15189 standards, one way or the other you should be doing something according to them even if you are not accredited by them.

You don't have to fill in your msc details for HCPC Your bachelor's degree is okay for HCPC registration. If you want to add your master's degree, you should have completed your program and you need to submit the course information form as well.
