Angelina has been arranging her performances since she was at least 9 years old, you are not dealing with regular person here, Angelina is an ethereal genius. If you had listened to the judges on AGT, Simon stated that he knew AJ had arranged vocals and the music for what he called " An Amazing Performance". Billions of us believe this was greatest performance that we have ever experienced on America's Got Talent, or for that matter anywhere else.

Angelina is an artist, not just a singer, she has a perspective and understands her voice and maximizes it in every song. She is not an opera singer, but she is no less powerful. I have said this before: There is power in a whisper, it draws you in when the whisperer has a message, and a great story to tell. She is extremely versatile as you will find out if you track her videos. Also you should see her Norway's got talent videos, which she won singing Billie Holiday, Nancy Sinatra, and other greats in Jazz. She was seven years old then.

you have seen the peak of a huge mountain. She is very special. And she is all, but not nervous. This little crowd on AGT is nothing to her earlier performances. She sing since age 1,5. Dear Maggie, like I said when she was 6 she travelled with her grandmother and she came across a girl trying to earn money in the streets that had no shoes and she complimented Angelina's favorite pair. Angelina proceeded to take her favorite pair off and she gave them to the girl and vowed to always perform barefoot until every child in the world has shoes. And she makes her own clothes including that outfit that is her grandmother's art transferred to fabric. PLEASE react to the black & white I Put A Spell On You that she sang right after she turned 9 but wasn't released until a year later. Her very first song in a recording studio is I Who Have Nothing when she was 6. She later also sang I Have Nothing by Whitney. She has over 120 songs including some Originals and like I commented she often does a Curtsy which deserves a comeback, I have started doing it & people love seeing me do it. 🎶👱♀️👗👠👠🌈

She is the girl with 1000 voices and there are more than 100 proofs of this on UA-cam. Being a professional for 6 years she has.been performing around the world. She is a singer of the old school, and is expected to be the next Queen of jazz, blues and Soul music. Please react to her songs when she was 8 years old;: Summertime or What a difference a day makes. As you said: This was not what I expected. That goes for these songs too.

If you want REALLY have Angelina blow your mind, check out "I Put a Spell on You". It is a studio recording done when she was nine years old. That recording clearly puts her vocals far beyond her years. Her musicality is absolutely unbelievable. By the way, the Bohemian Rhapsody arrangement in this performance was done by her, just as almost all of the covers she has recorded. I also read that she also tailors her own outfits she performs in. Also, if you go back and watch this again, you will notice she is barefoot. She always performs barefoot and said she will do so until all kids have shoes.

Seasoned pro at the age of 13 is what she is. She may have been a little nervous, but not very much. Her confidence at the age of 7 is remarkable.

Sam Study yes to both of those but also has an innate understanding of music..this is seen as you listen to her interpretations of the many classics she covers..whist she plays homage to the original artist there is no mistaking that what you're listening to is how she feels the particular song..check out her version of "I Put A Spell On You" by Screamin j hawkin..I've also watched her direct professional accompanying musicians and for them to respect her artistic abilities. Anyhow, it's just my opinion but I think she's highly gifted.

I really enjoyed your reaction to Angelina. She is a special talent. She sings many different styles and adapts her voice and approach to each and every song that she sings. There are many songs that she does that will surprise you in that it shows you another dimension to what this prodigy can do. You are right about Amy Winehouse..nobody does Amy Winehouse better. Then there is Adele...some say she out does Adele on her own songs. A song “I still Holding Out For You” an original that has been recorded but never released. It .no doubt was electrifying considering that she was around 10 or 11 yrs old. “Wicked Games” another song that while she sat at her piano playing around with it, came out with a really deep and moving version. That is what Angelina does...she listens to music and becomes it. She started at 1-1/2 hrs old listening to Etta James and Billie Holliday.She grew up on it. To know her is to understand that she has nerves of steel. She pretty much disappears in her head when she performs and “goes to another place” she says. “Will you still Love Me Whenever I’m no longer Young and Beautiful” to “I’d Rather Go Blind” are totally opposite of each other. Yet both done beautifully and masterfully. You will enjoy this young girl quickly and methodically working with all styles and many different types of sounds with her voice. It is all entertaining and really surprising to witness the diversity and musical intelligence that one so young already has developed....(or born with?). Angelina is a rare find and has already more talent than most adults out there. She has more than 50 videos if you can find them. All are special and so much more than just a song. She makes each one her own. She may sound a little like a lot of people out there though putting them all together she has her own unique sound. At 14 now is a legend and will continue to surprise us as she creates her style of music. I am almost 60 and this girl makes me cry like no other. I listen over and over to her work. Please do more on her!

"Song for A is the only song on the album. It is performed by Angelina Jordan, a very young and very talented singer. I needed a bright final for my instrumental album. After the series of cold hells and Melting itself I longed for a song of a liberated soul, a soul that was set free from suffering. So, I remembered a beautiful poem by Robert Burns^ and wrote this song especially for Angelina. And she gave a sensual performance." The album was released 4/19 so she was almost 12 or 12 yrs. old.

You are in for a beautiful ride my friend. Angelina changes peoples lives all over the world, she brings so much good to this world it's amazing🌞🥰. There are 130 videoes to pick from, and it is so hard to pick one from another. They are all fantastic. Angelina sets a new standard for singing. A new benchmark so to speak. It will blow you away. I love "Million Years Ago", "I'd rather Go Blind", What a difference a Day makes", "Automn Leaves", and "Fly Me to the Moon". Looking forward to your next reaction👍

At 13 she does all of her own arrangements. She had her own interpretation (usually a very jazzy, old sound) of well known pieces. She has her own clothing line in Europe and is the youngest published writer in Norway. Plays five instruments and is fluent in five languages.

@Michael Palmer She's fluent in 3 languages---Norwegian, English and Farsi. She's learning Japanese and probably speaks or understands a little Swedish.
Nice reaction 😊 I would highly recommend her performance at the Nobel Peace Prize from just a few weeks ago. Today she's 17,almost 18, has released a lot of her own, original music and really growing into herself.

AJ’s Christmas Show that live-streamed on Dec 23 of 22 had some of the most important musicians of our time: Frank Sinatra's drummer for 6 years, and sun in-law of the late Henry Mancini, Greg Field has won 9 Grammys, and the bass player, Chuck Berghofer who also played for Sinatra for 6 years and toured with Barbara Streisand accompanied AJ on her Christmas Show that aired Dec 23 of 21, and they stated that she had the "storytelling ability of the greats, Streisand, Fitzgerald, Vaughan, including Sinatra, to name a few. The main pianist, a five-time nominated for Grammys, Shelly Berg, stated in all his years working with the greatest vocalist, he had never encountered a talent like AJ. Did I forget to mention Jimmy Z, the famous Sax Player who worked with Rod Steward, Etta James, the Eurythmics, and Doctor Dre, was part of the band for the show? Jimmy stated that AJ was the best he has ever played for. Rob Christie Republic Records Studio Director at Universal Music Group Manhattan Beach, California played the guitar, and was the MC of the show. Rob has been working with AJ from the very 1st day Republic signed her at age 14. (I can't list the complete backgrounds on all the band members because it would take several pages to do them justice.)

What I see is a star is going to shine brightly for a long time to come! And I think she’s only gonna get better and better she is amazing to watch her to listen to she has a God given gift

Angelina says she goes into another place when she sings. That might explain the lack of facial expression, however, her voice is so hypnotic and captivating it doesn't really matter.

Great reaction! Laughed a little when you said "maybe she's nervous" regarding her facial expressions. Definitely not nerves....she's been singing all over the world to huge audiences since she was 8. Regarding her expressions, I always say that Angelina doesn't "perform" as such....she just sings like an angel and lets us listen. Going to see if you've done any other reactions of her. It's so fun seeing people discover her at different ages over the years.

Super great reactions....You mentioned Juilliard, very cool. Back in 1952, I was in a boys choir "Apollo Boys Choir. 22 boys. We did the singing for a movie Hansel & Gretel. This was in New York, I was 12. The director wanted a little fuller sound and got 3 singers from Juilliard's. We sang live in studio with the New York Philharmonic Orchestra. Please take the magical journey with Angelina, I promise you will get chills, wow's, tears, goosebumps and so much more. And, nice to meet you. : )

@@maggiereneemusic Thanks for replying Maggie. Your reaction was very similar to just about every singing coaches reactions to Angelina. I've even seen other singers on UA-cam singing songs such as Yellow brick Road and other songs that Angelina had sung. And quite a few people in the comments ask the singer if they have heard Angelina Jordans version of the songs. And I don't mean any disrespect to any singer but I've never heard anyone sing them better than Angelina. She even sings many better than the originals. Lol. I haven't read a single bad comment about Angelina. I just think she's a musical genius. I'm not sure if I'll be able to see your live stream on Saturday because I have a driving job that I do through the night. But I'll try my best. Thank you. Stay safe. 👍

Angelina never has nerves as you'll see in her younger videos...she is extremely focused and dies her own arrangements...she does everything with purpose and so effortless....if u want to be blown away watch her at 8 singing "I put a spell on u" mindboggling... great reaction...thx!
