    1. Get rid of all toxic people in ur life they cause stress which leads the Bruxism
    2. Get good friends
    3. Get saved by Jesus n read n pray Bible everyday
    4. Avoid people that make u feel BAD. If u come across them. Love them. But keep distance overall.
    5. Chew light gum. Like denture ice and just do a small piece and try to develop good chewing n swallowing form
    6. Do 30 mins of elliptical cardio a day

I think bruising is caused by overly tight jaw closing muscles vs jaw opening muscles. Chewing increases force of closing leading to tighter and tighter jaws. how often do we train opening our jaws under load? We don’t but we should
And also our faces are developed assymetrically

Hi Ron, do you think palatal expansion would work with doing the piezo cuts and then not using screws but only toothborne expander (such as new invisalign expander) do you know if this has been tried? or is there no point in doing this

Hie can you talk about uneven mewing ? One side of the pallatte pushed too hard, up and backwards which has made my face completely asymmetrical and ruined it. Is there something we can do to reverse the effects of mewing

You once said that a healty maxilla should point upward. Can you explain how that effects the face (I understand that wide, high, forward maxilla->wide, high, forward cheekbones) but I don't understand in what way exactly pointing upward effects the face. I have inward pointing teeth for example. If I would use orthodontic treatment to make them be straighter, what would it change in my face? Honestly I am afraid that making the maxilla point outwards at the bottom, would make it point inward at the top.
By the way this is the video I am talking about. Min 3:20
