Nick needs a special waist-trainer There’s one that goes under the lats in the back and widens in the front. It goes under the lats to prevent muscle atrophy and to prevent circulation issues in his lats. It would be smart for him to look into it. People like big ramy, rolley winkler, and hunter labrada used regular waist trainers, sure there waste was smaller but look what it did to there lats
