Really good review by Chris Harris! And I think this is maybe one of the best all day cars of our time. At least a perfect Mercedes Coupe, not to overdressed or too mad like the AMGs, just perfect oldschool Mercedes Coupe like it should be.
i hav a W124 sedan. great cars. This car is amazing, whn I heard they were bring bck the E class coupe i was estatic. I love this car, i just wish they offered it with the grill on the sedan.
Have you driven one? I have driven several AMGs, including the C63, and it definitely stands out. I wouldn't say it's the absolute best, or my favorite, either, but it's definitely up there with the best.
er...u didnt get it......there wont be any clk anymore!!!! the e coupe is the replacement for the clk!!!! and there wont be a newer version of cl too....heard that the new cl will be called the s coupe....
share the same platform with the C? just stretched out with 12cm front overhang and 8 cm rear overhang or something like that? driver and passenger space practically the same? MB's own brochures seem to indicate that

This is the very same C-Class platform officially called the W204. " More on worldcarfans. Anyway a really nice car though.
@AdamJoshua85 Well this is a coupe version of E class and CL is a coupe version of S class... that's what the difference is... size, status I guess... that's why some people by S and some buy E, same goes for their two door counterparts

yes, tht is true, but it also shares several E class parts and styling frm the E class

and it is nearly as efficient as a m3, and more efficient than the rs4, and better looking than both :D
i've got the W124 coupe so i know exactly what he is on about. this W212 seems to be a worthy successor.
