    For Kovan Wellspring, what does it mean when the map legend (on bottom right of the site plan) shows Block 215A with a 13/15 storey? Is it the structure of the building that some ends at Level 13 and vice versa?

      I think you wanted to comment on the Hougang Kovan Wellspring video instead, but your understanding should be correct. At some point is level 13 while at another is 15, angled design

    Hi! Wanted to drop by and say love your videos. Wanted to ask,
    1) Would units facing the bedok reservoir park still be ideal if there is going to be a high rise residential development soon? Won't it be too cramp esp looking at the area (most likely private?)

      While the site is still reserved for high rise development, I do not believe there is enough space for another high rise property because of space constraints. But don't take my word for it! Just my assumption.

      Most probably private condo narrow 2 to 3 point block which are as high as green jade .

    Hi Chris, from your POV please rate out of 10 (0 worst, 10 best) how worthy is this Tampines launch as an investment in the next 5-7 years after it is completed?

      From a politically correct standpoint, 6. Too much supply in Tampines, but not too far flung location.
      If I'm being my true self, 0. Because BTOs should never been viewed as investment.

      Hi Eileen, I quote from HDB portal:
      For a new flat application, all the listed owners and essential occupiers must not own, dispose, or have an estate or interest in any other local or overseas property:
      Within 30 months before the date of the new flat application, and up to the date of taking possession of the new flat
      So, looks like 2.5 years after disposal.

    Have been eyeing this for awhile and have been researching like crazy over the past 2 days!
    This has helped me quite abit in areas that ive overlooked, particularly the high rise that will block the view in the future! So kudos for that important info!
    Other than that, i believe you missed out on greenquartz having 2 variants for their 4 & 5 room options that have a balcony. As well as a man-made water feature?( although not mentioned in the site plan, but ive seen it in the artist impressions)
