Another fabulous video! During all the years of research, I don't know how I didn't find you long ago. But, I am so thankful that I did. You have truly been a lifesaver to me and I share your videos with a few thousand people in my Facebook group and cheer them on to stick with it because all of your videos that apply to me are truly miracle working!
If the constipation is related to slow peristalsis then gentle yoga (or movement in general) can be helpful. If tight pelvic floor muscles are contributing, then pelvic floor relaxation (which we do in this video) can also help. It is important though to figure out the cause of your constipation and address that. Your doctor can help with this 👍🏻😊🌸
thank you for making these videos, they are great ❣️the last pose can be very tricky if you have lower back pain and are not able to twist without pain. what modifications do you suggest? 🙏
Yes! You vary the pose by elevating the floor using a bolster or a chair so you don't lower the foot all the way to the floor, or alternatively, don't add the twist. If you skip the twist, it's the equivalent of a supine version of pigeon prep which is a good technique for pelvic floor release. Let me know if that helps.
So glad you enjoyed it! Regular practice makes such a difference. My own practice has actually fallen by the wayside... It took so much time to finish the book and course, I was stuck in a wee kitchen chair in front of my computer for months to get it done! but now I'm trying to get back into it, so making these videos is actually helping me with that too 😊 Let me know if there are any other types of videos you would like to see on the channel 🌸
I can't do the walking dog for more than 30 seconds without hurting my wrists and back. I love your tight pelvic floor videos they have been helping a lot. Could you suggest any modifications I could try for similar results? Thank you!
You most likely have tight hamstrings if it’s hurting your back, and the wrists can be tricky. There are a bunch of different hand positions you can do for the wrists but we should address the back first. You need to reduce the angle at the hip to make it easier on the back, so stand facing the wall just a few feet away. Place your hands on the wall a little higher up so the angle at your hips is bigger. Think of this as a wall dog. Once that gets comfortable, let me know and I will suggest the next progression 😊🌸 I should add… walk your feet out in the wall dog! Also, at the wall, there will be less weight on the wrists so it should be easier 👌🏻
Yea, it’s good to alternate workouts when trying to overcome vaginismus. There is a full playlist of pelvic floor relaxation videos on the channel which can help a lot
@@TheFlowerEmpowered hi there, I’m struggling with Vaginiusmus and have been married for more than three years, what do you recommend? I followed this video today as a start. Xx
@@rinabegum5806 I never replied below anyone comment, but you should take it seriously by doing pelvic floor exercise along with the use of dilators, and believe me it would be magical for you. Most importantly it is 100% curable. You will see results just in two months ♥️ Good luck
There isn’t any research on these exercises with PGAD but it could be worth trying. Check with your pelvic floor physio. If they don’t help, don’t do them.
I love your videos! One of the few channels I could find that does the perfect length with lots of variety. Thank you!
Thank you for the kind feedback, I am happy you are finding the videos helpful 😊🌸

I wish there was not audio like the other video on this topic.
Thanks for the feedback. Which other video are you referring to?
Can this be done for vaginismus? Can I alternate between this video and the other 12 minute workout for vaginismus?

Can tight pelvic floor mimic ibs?

Symptoms are similar. You should visit a pelvic floor physiotherapist for an assessment
