Looks great for 72 years old. Hard work has kept him young. That place is his childhood, his whole life. I wish him recovery and reopening asap. If I had the money I'd give it to him.
Another Philly born and raised dude. Philly has many places are considered as institutions… I’m now in S. Carolina but, I really wish the city make it right for you. I hope that you get compensated enough to the point where you’re back in business the way you were before Mr. Z !!!
Ive lived here for 12 years from Florida and in that time ive seen the lack of empathy and just overall care for the citizens and small buisness owners of this city. They completely ruined Love Park wasted millions to just make it all flat and then the water dep. and other affiliates never fix anything the proper way. Weve had problem on our block on Cantrell for over a year and the streets department half asses it and leaves a mess. And never paves the rode correctly. In a week its sunken in the ground and our block is so bumpy you cant even drive down it without fn something up. I wish this city actually cared about its people. I feel this mans pain.
I grew up with big Phil son lil Phil and we used to call him BREADMAN and still call him breadman today bc as kids he would be in there working making the bread .. Sad for the family they lived for that place and had the best strombolis

Philadelphia is actually on the east coast, just like New York City. Both are in the northeast.

FIRE INSURANCE MONEY WILL RESTORE ALL THAT
Not in time to save the business, though. He’s hemorrhaging money daily.
Call your councilman and complain and threaten to sue
What they expect , nothing it’s forever. Look this Philly houses old and need a lot of restorations. But people don’ have money
Buy a modern oven
Slow news day?
