Karun is the cameraman that survives everything bad that happens in a movie 🤪 . 0:44 This part of the scene gave me old married couples vibes. The husband (Gil) falls asleep everywhere and the wife (Thena) touches him so he can wake up 😂😅😂😅 .
I love how Makkari is so jolly. The scene where she just came back after finding where Tiamut is- she's so enthusiastic with a smile that she never knew she came right at the moment where events is a tick away from exploding. Then Kingo was like, "Get out of here", and she's like, *stares, *proceeds to get out of there, and I was like "ayo, where tf r u goin?".
Sersi is so precious. Loved Gemma’s performance and the character so much. She’s doubting and she’s sweet and she’s fairly meek, but she’s strong, she succeeds the maternal position left by Ajak. She was perfect. Also want to call attention to Ikaris throughout. If you watch him you can tell that from the beginning he tries his best to fit in, be a part, be “normal”, have this thing that’s promised with Sersi. When they are at Phastos’ and his husband’s house you can almost hear him saying “I could have all of this too”, like…I could have taken this road, and we would be happy. But in the end he’s a soldier and can’t shake his duty. The conflict and guilt over what he did leads him to his fate……..Ikaris turned into an asshole, but he’s horribly tragic.
This is why sersi is my fav, because there’s something so unique about her that I just love. Like yeah she’s tough but at the same time she gives off motherly/older sister vibes.
The fact that Sprite despises humans but calls Capt as Captain Rogers when she could’ve called him as Steve Rogers, Captain America or just Capt, means that she respects Capt and that’s rare for her.

I saw it in the theatre and enjoyed it. It wasn't the best by MCU standards but definitely not as bad as everyone was saying. I re-watched it on D+ and I appreciated it even more. It's a good movie.

Yes, the Eternals movie has its weaknesses but for some reason I really buy the close bond between them all. They ACTUALLY feel like family whereas the Avengers really did feel more like just close colleague despite being in multiple movies together.
