It's important to care for you skin properly after a laser treatment such as TRL to receive the best possible results. A medical assistant at L&P Aesthetics in Palo Alto, CA explains all the steps you need to take to ensure the best possible results.*
Contour TRL can be done in-office or in combination with more invasive procedures in the operating room. At L&P Aesthetics, Drs. Lieberman and Parikh perform this treatment as well as several Physician Assistants.
The Contour TRL is requested amongst the Bay Area patient base because of its "eraser" like results. The laser obliterates a large amount of wrinkles and refines more fresh and youthful looking skin. This is oftentimes the finishing touch to Drs. Lieberman and Parikh's L&P Signature Deep Plane Facelift and Neck Lift.
Our Bay Area patients that do this treatment in isolation see phenomenal results as well. This treatment does come with some downtime. It is important that each patient follows the proper post-care protocol to ensure an easy healing process. Treating the skin this deep can be dangerous so at-home care is crucial.
L&P Aesthetics has 2 locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, in Palo Alto and Los Gatos (opening October 2022). Dr. David M. Lieberman and Dr. Sachin S. Parikh are double board-certified plastic surgeons who take a team approach to perform the full range of facial aesthetic surgeries, including rhinoplasty, lip lift (and corner lip lift), their own L&P Signature Deep Plane Facelift and Neck Lift, brow lift, blepharoplasty, chin augmentation, and more.
They are also hands-on with a highly skilled staff of aesthetic providers at their luxurious medical spa. Expert Nurse Injectors and Physician Assistants offer neuromodulators and fillers such as BOTOX®, Juvederm®, Voluma®, Volbella®, and others, and device modalities such as Moxi®, SCITON® Lasers, HALO®, Broadband Light (BBL), Morpheus8®, CoolSculpting®, SkinPen®, and more!
At L&P Aesthetics, we offer a curated and guided experience through every stage of your aesthetic journey, from recommending medical-grade skincare through complete surgical facial rejuvenation, performed at our own fully-accredited on-site surgical center.

Always ask your provider for their advice on skincare. Medical grade products are great since they are backed by clinical studies.

It is important to remember that all lasers are different. You should discuss with your provider if this is from the laser or something else.

I had a laser treatment yesterday and i do bought a sun screen as said.I apply sunscream at 10am daily. My doctor told me that it isn't required to reapply sunscreen as iam staying indoors all time.
So what is your opinion? Should I follow as my doctor said, or is she wrong about this? Should I really reapply sunscreen when indoors?

Since we do not know what exact laser treatment you did, we would recommend that you continue to listen to your provider.

@@lpaesthetics2057 If i reapply sunscreen (total of 2 layers)... does it have any bad effects on skin or healing process? Or does it only have merits?
