It made my month, and I almost cried of relief, to have a few less things stressing me out.
Helping out someone in need and making their day doesn't mean they don't know how to cook for themselves or clean up. Sometimes life is insane and a helping hand is what makes it a little more bearable.

3:21 I’ve noticed this a lot and I don’t know if it’s supposed to be cringe or negative but I find it just fine since I do this a lot. When I tend to be in a vechicle with others, I always play music so I take that peaceful moment to just look out the window like this guy. On the highway, I look at different cars, cause the driver and then confirm my guess by seeing who it is. On local roads, I have found a lot more places I didn’t see before etc etc.

1:39 the first day I moved out, my dad bought me groceries, after that I bought my own because he already sacrificed a lot for me and I wanted to prove that I could handle things, which I did for a while, but then he had to go through radiation therapy because of this cancer they found (early stages luckily) and I moved back in with them to help them with cooking and stuff around the house.
I understand that some friends try to cheer you up with happy and positive music when you're sad, especially after a break up. But in almost every case, giving them happy and loud music or anything that seems happy is the worst thing to do. It's like Oil and Water, the two do not mix well together and it further worsens how they feel. Often times they need to be left alone to handle things on their own without it all getting worse. The least they could do is stay at home with him to keep him company while he handles his own feelings, maybe check on him sometimes to see how he's doing. But if you ever wanna make someone feel better about something after falling into such big depression is to play them some at least sad or negative music or perhaps a song that can relate to their situation, it can connect with them and probably smooth out everything, but a majority of the time you have to let them deal with it on their own. Though of course after they've gone through that huge mess you can be there for them in thr after math of their depression so that way they can start journeying on the road to moving on.
