I don't know anyone else who does what you two do. The treasures you find are amazing. The England videos draw us in and we feel like we're in the shops with you. Thanks for taking us all along on your adventures ❤
Oh my goodness, this was the most beautiful video ever! The drive scenery, the shops, the music, the antiques, the cows! Wonderfully fun. Thank you! ❤❤❤
My mother was from the County of Kent, seeing the gorgeous scenery pass by while you're driving, I just cannot understand how she could have left that behind. Your trip was lots of fun to vicariously tag along. Thanks for the rideshare. Safe travels home, see ya across The Pond. TTFN
9:40 I love to watch you go "junking" and I love to see what you buy. What I really love though is to see you two together and what you love very most, much more than anything money can ever buy is each other 💗🥰😍 keep on kids .... Happy travels, happy life to you . A fellow Utahn...❤️
The scenery is lovely, but I would really like to see more of the merchandise you see when you are there. The clip of the small antique store with the closed pine cones for example. Was there nothing there worth showing? Just curious. Thanks! I do enjoy your videos very much.
I am going to miss the road trips through England. It was just wonderful that you took all of us along for an awesome thrifty adventure .,.. God Bless and be safe flying home
They drive on the other side of the road and then parallel park along the streets going both directions instead of all the same! LOL I love the copper too. Big jam pot .... I was thinking apple butter :) Safe journey home!!
Such a nostalgic trip around my old favourite towns. I was brought up in Kent and now live in France so if was so lovely watching you drive around the country side. I do miss all the fabulous charity shops, brocantes are ok but not as good.
Currently in the UK now visiting family for two weeks..you need to stop and smell the roses and look at the history around you and enjoy it all! National trust houses are the BEST!
We come once or twice a year we have been to a lot of Trust houses, historical sites and castles. We prefer to just enjoy the countryside and local places. We did head to London for the first time ever at the end of our trip.
Sigh, this takes me back to when we went to England, it’s so beautiful! We rented a car and drove around the Cotswolds. We looked on the map and thought we’d drive up to a different town, it didn’t look very far away. It took forever to get there! The roads are so curvy and meandering it seems. That must be why they drive so fast on those tiny country roads!
It’s a beautiful place. Have you two ever been to western Kentucky? That’s my home and if you’d been driving on the right side of the road😉I’d have thought you were here. Our scenery is so similar. Thank you for filming it❤️
@@JamiRayVintage let me know when you’d like to visit and you can be my guests. We are at the corner of west Kentucky, southern Illinois, southern Indiana and Missouri. All great antique and thrift areas. Zeb would be in love with the books available!
OH MY STARS DO YOU BOTH KNOW HOW TO TOTALLY ENGAGE OUR SENSES WITH TONS OF GLORIOUS BLESSINGS ,,,, YUMMIEST TRAVEL MORSELS OF EVERY KIND🥰🥰🥰🥰 ( I saw the real estate in the window display and thought i heard Zeb say something about a possible purchase??? Wouldn't that be SUPER!!!!
It is so cool seeing what thrift stores are like in the UK. Thank you for sharing. I like the filming of the driving and it makes me want to add that to my videos.
You should see my copper blubber pot. They used them to render blubber. I bought it on e-bay and it susposedly came from Canada. Paid way too much for it, but it is huge and well used and dwarfs jelly pots. We had plans to create a copper out door fountain. That never happened. We did do one for our living room with a large piece of rough petrified wood in a somewhat shallow copper pan. It looks like a waterfall falling across the rock formations you see in Northern Arizona/Southern Utah, or, The Grand Canyon. I had to quit looking at copper on e-bay.
Zeb, have you ever watched "escape to the country"? British TV show. Maybe you could do a colab. Me...I want a barn conversion (fwith heated floors! If you ever spend a winder in the UK, you'll know
We love escape to the countryside. And if Zeb could figure out how to buy property over here in the countryside he totally would. And heated floors are fantastic! We don’t have them at home but we keep our home pretty toasty and he have central air and heat. In England heated floors come in handy when you only have radiant heat not central heat
It is not only in England, here in the Netherlands are thriftstores and antique shops getting more exspensive, they have to pay more rent, more for the electricity and gas, it 's treasure hunting here. I am a reseller myself, so I know from experience.😪
Google. We just look them up. A few are referrals. But once we’re in the uk we google it and look them up on maps. And I also look on Facebook for car boots. And we always ask locals for referrals.
None. We just talk the whole time and enjoy the scenery. We have a crazy busy life at home. It’s loud and we love it. In England we just enjoy each other and the quiet in between the hours of conversation.
We will start posting when we get home. Download the Jami Ray Vintage app on android and apple and we’ll send push notifications as we post items. You can also sign up for text messaging in our website. Everything will be posted on jamirayvintage.com
Are you thinking of buying a house in England that would be amazing you could Airbnb it when you’re not there. Loving the videos but I’m sure you’re exhausted with all the shopping and packing
Zeb is always thinking about buying property. I think we are about 10 years off from international property. Right now our focus is on local properties, building our Jami Ray Vintage brand and of course raising our kiddos. But I think we’ll try new things as the kids grow up
I was so excited for your trip. I found your channel last year on your trip. It is fun to see you return to places and have your favorite stores and restaurants. I was in the UK eight years ago and ducked into a shop in Oxford to get out of the rain. It was Cath Kidson. I loved everything in it. I bought stuff then and later from home through the mail. They closed right at the beginning of Covid. I like seeing the bags that you find. I enjoy watching the scenery in the driving parts. But I am just as nervous down low in your car as I was high up in a big bus. Zeb does seem to do a good job driving on the left. But the roundabouts are scary though.
I don't know anyone else who does what you two do. The treasures you find are amazing. The England videos draw us in and we feel like we're in the shops with you. Thanks for taking us all along on your adventures ❤
I know, I love traveling the English countryside vicariously with Jami and Zeb.
☺👍

You could just shoot scenery all day long! So beautiful and so much history!
I can’t believe the volume of items you have purchased this trip! May the shipping gods be in your favor.
I used to shop regularly in Tenterden and Cranbrook when I lived in East Sussex 20 years ago. Lovely to see it hasn’t changed much.
Shopped in Rye too. Great shops 😊
The pine cones close when the weather gets colder and open in summer. xx
Yes 😍👍

It takes a lot of foggy, rainy days to make that beauty. Maybe she longed for sun?
Kent is just perfection. The people are lovely. If I could afford it I would buy land there
Love it when you travel! Really beautiful and great music to match! ❤️ Plus… THRIFTING!!!! So glad you share it with us 🤗
Great finds in the UK. Loved all your finds. I have family in Windsor Berkshire.
Oh I do miss England. I grew up in South Yorkshire England.
Hi l also grew up in South Yorkshire and l miss it too.
How could you have left?

Sooo Beautiful, the trees along the road look like walls. I love it!!!❤
It’s beautiful, but frustrating when you want to see out into the countryside and all you can see are hedgerows and rock walls.
I LOVE the Silver Sugar Shaker...

You’re right Zeb! Those pinecones almost look like an artichoke!
It’s because the temperatures don’t get hot like the States and Canada. It’s a lot damper in those UK
Looks like my neighborhood on Whidbey Island Wa. Gray skies this time of year but green and lovely!
@conniedouglas2004 same, I'm down here in rural Graham (near Puyallup)... 😊
Anacortes here! Gray and wet.

Some yes. But most would need retinned
⚠Pinecones that fall on the ground will open when the weather is dry🌞🌞🌞. A fallen closed pine cone tells us it has been exposed to humid weather🌧🌧🌧.
Have you ever been to Essex?
Yes
The pine cones have to do with humidity
Doesn't it cost alot to ship home?
Yes it does. So we buy low. But it is costly to come here and ship for sure
How much is 5 pounds in USA dollars? 😅 thankyou
Is the app free?

Is it so weird driving on the left? I am freaking out just watching it on video.
lol no. Zebs used to it. He says each time it’s like riding a bike. He remembers it from the time before.
