    Great session. Not many cyclists appreciate or understand the benefits of yoga and not many yoga teachers perform a practice especially for cyclists. That was every helpful. I look forward to working on more of your yoga for cyclists workouts. Om Shanti.

    Excellent. I feel much better. Thank you for the variations and input. Refreshingly different than some live classes where this is not emphasized. Cycling really tightly winds hips and legs and your video made a great difference for me.
