Hi Sylvia u just spoke about spinner lockets …..I realize that I was given one that was my paternal grandmothers in 18 karats gold and still look at it from time to time …it’s round and I have me and my husband on either side …very special piece
I love antique jewelry. Your lockets are amazing. I find the ones you can put a picture in or lock of hair fascinating! I have never seen lockets in the shape of shields. The one with the lady surrounded by waves is so beautiful. Thank you for this interesting video!

Love hearing about your stuff! I bought my sister a HUGE sterling heart locket for Christmas this year. Probably from the 1970s, came from England. I'm going to put pictures of my niece and nephew in it. I think she'll love it! Keep going Sylvia!
I plan on saving jewelry for my children to sell when I pass I would of saved the photo at least in the Unger brothers locket....hurts me that he didn't even think of taking it out.
Yes, I agree! But he cared more for the value of the silver…I preserve her photo and remember that I had hair even longer than hers! Thank you so much for watching!😊❤️
I just purchased a locket that looks amazingly like the one you shown the bottom left of your screen with the blue stone, mine is almost exact in design with the sunburst pattern, groups of three silver balls and the blue stone. I don't have the filigree around the circumference or the attached piece at the top though, not sure the age or what it's made of. I originally thought it was silver but it may be some kind of metal with a silver wash. Do you know anything more about that piece you have? It might help me to figure mine out, I've searched everywhere on the internet but never saw anything like it until your video.
You mean the one I have that has a clear stone? It is a fur clip locket circa 1940. Most lockets were gold filled, gold, sterling silver or just silver tone metal if not marked. Hope you will like share and subscribe if you like jewelry !😊❤️
Any thoughts on opening them to take photos out? I've found some family heirloom lockets with photos in and I'm only about 90% sure who the people are. Just curious as to whether there might be an writing on the back to help clarify. Thanks
