Welcome to PART 6 of my Splatoon 3 gameplay walkthrough on Nintendo Switch! Starting fresh in the Splatlands as a new Inkling or Octoling, we'll be seeing what changed in the chaotic squid kid world set 5 years after Splatoon 2. Turf Wars & Anarchy Battles are now waged with updated styles on new stage maps like Scorch Gorge & Hagglefish Market while using new weapons like the Splatana & Stringer, all new specials like the Tacticooler & Crab Tank, & new sub weapons like the Angle Shooter. In this gameplay walkthrough we'll be fighting online to level up & earn gold while unlocking our catalogue, new gear, & weapons along the way. We'll also be completing "Return of the Mammalians" the main single player Hero Mode story involving Shiver, Frye, & Big Man - idols known in Splatsville as Deep Cut - including all bosses, sunken scrolls, logs, sardinium, & cutscenes from beginning to end. On top of that we'll be competing in Splatfest events, playing the horde mode Salmon Run Next Wave, and unlocking exclusive gear like the Samurai, Ninja, & School outfits from Splatoon amiibo figures. I'll also be live streaming Splatoon here on UA-cam with viewers & covering the new Splatoon 3 updates, so stay tuned! We'll be ending with my review of the game once we've played through all of the content. Thank you so much for watching, and helping me get to where I am today.

It's not only that you can see the un-picked up Clams on the map, but also don't forget that introduced in Spla3, you can now see all of the players' number of Clams in the Heads-Up Display.
I think your big Clam made it in. You scored; you didn't lose the Clams you had built up. The big Clam makes 20 points of progress and right after you threw yours, the score countdown went from 60 to 40. (A teammate made the countdown progress go from 80 to 60 immediately before you, so the teammate's big Clam wasn't the one to bring it down to 40.)
The rust is comin' off, it's been a while since you've Blitzed? That sounds like the Grateful Dead's Woodstock days... 🌿
Swift weapons that like to engage in close-quarters, such as the Ink Brush/Pablo, best use the Killer Wail 5.1 like a backup. It can work kind of like a turret, or weak teammate backing you up, making an opening for you to rush in and attack enemies. This works best if activated fairly close to the enemy, but just out of reach. The enemy will have to either dodge your Wail, or take chip-damage while you're simultaneously using your Main Weapon to attack them.
It sounds like you're drawing power from your low-sugar mints. Gotta freshen up after choking down that raw Mincemeat, eh?

No, you definitely got that last point, since your team won by Knockout. If time had just ran out, you wouldn't have gotten a "Knockout".

You weren't joking when you said Clam Blitz isn't one of the most liked modes. Nearly everyone I watch, pre-recorded videos to livestreams, very casual game journalist players to competitive tournament goers and nearly everyone in between, C- to upper S+ (and in Spla2, X Rank), American, European, Australian, South Korean and Japanese all list Clam Blitz as their least favorite mode! Poor Asari. 😢 I've never played it, but from the many videos and livestreams I've seen, I think you look fun, Asari. I look forward to zipping around with the Curling Bombs in the Bold Marker's kit to score in Asari!
I don't like the Ultra Stamp/Hanko, though and hate that the Bold Marker is saddled with it! I don't know if it's lag, or poorly programmed hit-boxes, or what, but it doesn't look like it works correctly! Also, it leaves you so vulnerable! I recently saw some complete nonsense of a western player throwing the Ultra Stamp at a Japanese streamer I was watching & cheering for, where the hammer was around two Inklings' height above the Japanese streamer and not even directly over, but skewed to the side and it somehow Splatted him. Years ago (between 2017 to 2018), I recall seeing that same streamer getting sniped around a wall in Spla2's Kelp Dome. It pisses me off whenever western players say that Japanese unilaterally have an advantage in Splatoon due to lag shenanigans. I've seen Japanese have to deal with a lot of lag nonsense, too, both against westerners, as well as other Japanese, for some reason.
Might I suggest putting the word "Series" in the title of this video? Like, "Anarchy Series: Clam Blitz". If you run out of space, I'd remove the word "Gameplay".
I appreciate you saying sorry for knocking your microphone. I hate it when people don't take their audience into consideration and I think content creators who can make polished videos have no excuse for not adding that polish (all of those other Let's Players who leave in their burps and such) if they intend on doing this seriously.
By the way, the way I recommended using your Wail is pretty much what you did at 10 min 22 sec and you saw how effective it was! You got a tri-kill!

I've been re-consuming your other LPs and as someone who has been watching nature documentaries since 1991, I really appreciate that in your Smash Ultimate LP (World of Light part 7), you showed you know that moles are not rodents!
