Sure, here are some pranayama (breathing exercises) you can do daily to improve your overall health and well-being: 1. **Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing)** - Sit comfortably with a straight spine. - Close your right nostril with your right thumb. - Inhale deeply through your left nostril. - Close your left nostril with your ring finger and release your right nostril. - Exhale through your right nostril. - Inhale through your right nostril. - Close your right nostril and exhale through your left nostril. - Repeat for 5-10 minutes. 2. **Kapalabhati (Skull Shining Breath)** - Sit comfortably with a straight spine. - Take a deep breath in. - Exhale forcefully through your nose, pulling your navel in towards your spine. - Allow your lungs to fill up naturally as you relax your abdomen. - Repeat for 1-3 minutes. 3. **Bhramari (Bee Breath)** - Sit comfortably with a straight spine. - Close your eyes and take a deep breath in. - As you exhale, make a humming sound like a bee. - Feel the vibration in your head and throat. - Repeat 5-10 times. 4. **Ujjayi (Victorious Breath)** - Sit comfortably with a straight spine. - Inhale deeply through your nose with your mouth closed, constricting the back of your throat. - Exhale through your nose, maintaining the throat constriction, producing a soft hissing sound. - Repeat for 5-10 minutes. 5. **Anulom Vilom (Alternate Nostril Breathing without Holding Breath)** - Sit comfortably with a straight spine. - Close your right nostril with your right thumb and inhale through the left nostril. - Close your left nostril with your ring finger and release your right nostril. - Exhale through your right nostril. - Inhale through your right nostril. - Close your right nostril and exhale through your left nostril. - Repeat for 5-10 minutes. These exercises can help to calm the mind, reduce stress, improve lung capacity, and enhance overall well-being. Make sure to practice in a quiet place and avoid doing them immediately after meals.

It was a very nice video . But what is the ratio of purak kumbhak and rechak. That is most important . Please tell that also . There is a possibility that someone might do it by just watching this video. That is more harmful.
what is difference between pran and suas. if borh are same then what is difference between air (oxygen and carbon dioxide) and suas. air contains 80% nitrogen only 3% oxygen. when we breath in do only oxygen goes in ? where nitrogen is held up? does it get stuck with mucus in nostrils . does only carbon dioxide goes out of lungs through throat ? do pran and air move n opposite direction ? when pran goes out air comes in, when pran come in air goes out . are pran, chakras, sushmna ida pingla properties of sukham sarir ? if yes, is there difference between ann pran and vital (life force) pran ? what is difference between narhis and nadis. ? nadi means rivers of sukham sarir and narhi means veins of physical sarir - is it correct?
