He basicly has always been described as "Top tier character with two special moves"
Lol he's been like this in every game. Nothing new.
This game gave him a third move, the blade he puts in place. For basically every game before this he's only had 2. It's part of his design basis; both of his moves are great at what they do, but they're all you get. You need to be able to use them to their full extent.
M Bison is too good

M. Bison takes the top spot as a brick in the blow hole in Guile's top 5 worst (most difficult) matchups before JP, Cammy, Akuma, and Zangief.
Which is weird cause usually Guile has the upper hand vs Bison in most 5 - 4 at least

@@olinroux6702Bison was known to have issues with projectile heavy characters. You'd be wrong. Guile has almost always beat him in every game.

if im just getting back in to the game and suck, and 4% matches are Bison, what is his worst matchup? i will switch characters. maybe dhalsim because hes long range or luke because his sandblast is too fast to react?
if you suck then tier lists and matchups don't matter. play who you like
@@RespecttehPixel but it feels like I can't really do anything, he flies across the screen for fireballs (invincible) and then otherwise just does scissor kick combo. I don't even know what his weakness is supposed to be, I'd say jumps but he's always flying around doing that upside down thing
@@johnsmith-fk7fwtier list matter less than in any other street fighter. Get good at a character you like then lab the situations giving you trouble. Air to air bison when he devil reverses because otherwise your more than likely going to mis time your anti air. Bison is really linear, get in midrange then space trap knee press and use good buttons. Neutral jumping will catch any scissor kick he tries to throw but don’t over use neutral jump because psycho crusher will anti air. When you have bomb on you and bison psychocrushers to trigger bomb. You can DI that it’s a gimmick I see bison getting away with a lot. Other than that just know his frame data he only has like 3 plus on block moves and the rest you can take your turn back after. Forward walk on bison so his scissor kick is more punishable. Use st lk or your longest range 5/4 frame move into either drive rush or special.
@@johnsmith-fk7fw lab your offense so that its frame specific. he has no wake up besides level one so basically, up until he has that, you can definitely get a second interaction if your offense is timed well. frame traps and tick throws are especially effective against him, since hes a charge character, as well as meaty overheads. just lab your timing and using the right combo enders to get the best possible oki for the situation. in other words, u gotta be a master of sf6 lmao

Bison is like Marisa....In my opinion he won't make it in major tourneys when people know his match up. People want to play the game regardless of wether they will win or lose... Bison besides scissors cannot show anyway to get in.. he just has to hold down back and wait or drive rush in and hope to clip you... just like Marisa.. hope I am wrong tho
Punk is good with Bison. Good game with the best Guile player.
So i have sf 5 and i am a real newb. I legit cannot tell a difference between the games. Can someone help me? I have probably played 10 hours total
SFV is much more neutral heavy, because there's no drive rush. Blocked buttons being mostly plus mean its clear whose turn it is until a neutral reset.
SF6 its far messier due to more minus frames, parry, dr, di, etc. Think boxing vs mma dirty boxing.

Perfect Parry leading to a free combo of your choosing has to go man.
It feels cheap when you do it, and when its done to you.
So you mean to tell me you're consistently getting perfect parries all the time? Cause I doubt it. And it's extremely scaled as far as damage. Personally I think they should make it unscaled then maybe I'd consider using it but honestly regular parry into punish or mixup is almost better in every way

@@Guess_Again Chris Wong is just a part time pro player so it's normal that he'd lose the occasional match. His overall performance is better than Woodley's... Chris was in capcom cup final (a harder tournament than redbull kumite) and Woodley didn't even qualify.

@@gavinpowell4607Second time I hear this but I doubt it. He's got his own PC set-up in his room where the kids don't go, so unless there's a second set up in the living room with a second physical copy and both can be linked to the same account (Idk honestly), that doesn't seem very likely.
