The Danger of Stealing Live Wires

VICTORIA - With the value of gold at an all time high, other metals are also on the rise and thieves aren't far behind.
They are targetting copper - in streetlights, hydro stations, and even underground.
Over the past week, a number of sites in Victoria have been hit, by thieves who may not know that by stealing wire they're putting their lives on the line.
