I am the 1st comment you got in this video please I have issues I want You to help me to solve it I want to program My grandstreamTo record all calls Automatically and save it And save it in USB drive
Thank you for your great videos. I have a question if you could help please. I have setup the calls to come to an "inbound route" where it rings simultaneously in 3 extensions. Now, I want to setup a voicemail so that if none of those 3 extensions answers the call, it will be redirected to a voicemail. could you please let me know if that's possible and how I can achieve it? Thank you
Yes that is possible. Best way to do this is to have the 3 phones in a ring group. Then in the ring group settings check the box that says "Enable Destination". Then the next option below that you will choose where you want the caller to go if the the call to the Ring Group goes unanswered. That setting is called "Default Destination"
Thank you! What a huge help this video is!
