Im so glad to see that you have decided to join Kelly Bear. Im not participating but just watching everyone thus year. I hope you enjoy it. Sorry to hear the dx of Fibromyalgia, Ive been fighting it for about 19 years. Sending spoons 🥄 ❤️
Thank you Debby, I definitely feel lucky that I haven't had this for 20 years tbh but sorry for those who have suffered much earlier in life. haha you couldn't havent written those cards for today! I will just have to see how they pan out. Lovely to see you and thank you for taking time to comment. much love Gx
I totally understand all your symptoms as I have fibromalgia too. Have had it since my 30s but did not know what it was and just suffered through. About 20 years ago I had a doctor that believes in fibromyalgia as a condition and it all finally made sense. Now that I am almost 70 I have found things that help, which is eating "clean" which is no fun but it helps. If I don't want to hurt, I have to stay away from sugar, preservatives, pork, and most carbs. I was a pescatarian for a couple years and was feeling so much better. But I fell off the wagon a decouple years ago and am back to square one. The brain fog and lack of ability to hold information is classic fibromalgia. So know you are not alone, hundreds of thousands of people have this and do not know it. Onward and upward is my motto at this poin..I do apologize for blathering on. Thank you for this wonderful video. I really enjoyed it❤
This was really helpful Marilyn!!💐💐💐🥰 I'm so glad you took time to blather 😊...I am also looking at clean living in my diet so your message has confirmed what I want to do with regards to treating myself ...I think sugar is a big factor so I'm right there with you ..meal ideas always welcome and thank you again for taking time to support me 💐💐💐💐💐
I was up at my mom's house yesterday. She's 82. She has been having trouble with her hip and her knee. The physical therapist gave her a rubberized knee brace that wraps around and velcros together, which she really couldn't make fit. I swear, sometimes people don't open their eyes. My brother came down (he's a fireman, so he has emergency medical training) and said, "Hang on, I have something...) he brought down a rubberized knee brace that she could just slip on. No tricky velcro pulling and wrapping... and she said, "Oh! That actually feels better. Do you have one for my hip?" 🤣🤣🤣 Age is both a privilege and a challenge, isn't it? I also feel like I have got to make myself useful and earn my place in the world, but the truth is I already have. My children are proof. I am so very proud of them. Just being here to witness these magnificent humans become the parents of their little Dragon. I wish you could hear the amazing cuteness of my giant Warrior son in law comforting her tiny cries of discomfort (she really hardly cries), and I swear it sounds like she's saying Daddy. (It's just 6 weeks old gurgling, but I am honestly hearing dad, dada, daddyyyy) 😮🤔
😍😍😍 bless your mums cotton socks, give her a massive hug from me 💐💐💐 baby dragon gurgles too ...quietly in my head ❤ so much love to you and yours and I will be in touch soon dragon sister xxx
I'm so sorry that you have joined the ranks of those of us with chronic illness. It's a rough road and difficult to navigate as you adjuct, but know that you're not alone. Us spoonies stick together and support and uplift one another! I also do my spread for the year at my birthday, it feels more personal. Hope you are gentle with yourself through this little tarot advent project. And you had the parameters for it right. I deliberately kept it loose and adaptable. Thank you for sharing your card draws with us! I'm still up for a sewing date once I have the full use of my arm/hand again! Those cards for today are pretty gnarly, I hope your day goes as smoothly as possible. x
Whats a spoony ? 😍 thank you so much for popping by, I appreciate how many you have to watch ...its not good you can't sew but yes let's aim for 2025 ! 😅😊🥰 sending you lots of love 💐💐💐
@@madwitch9977 Spoonie is a reference to 'Spoon Theory' which was something that a chronically ill person came up with to explain what it feels like to live with limited energy all the time. Spoonies are what a lot of chronically ill folks use to describe themselves, it also helps us find fellow chronically ill people for support and advice. :)

I am so sorry to hear of your diagnosis and health challenges. Sending you thoughts of peace and may you have more good days versus bad days related to your fibromyalgia. Brain fog is so very real, at times I feel I am trying to process parts of my life through a literal fog bank. I make a lot of lists lol. I really enjoyed your catch up and card draws. Say yes to the advent train. I am using the Sacred She Tarot, yesterday and today I compared my cards to the same cards in the Thoth. I'm finding it interesting and fun, very low key. Tomorrow I think I am going to do a mind map of my 3 cards. I hope you have a wonderful Yule and/or Christmas. Yes to Christmas being about the children. My son is with a wonderful woman who brought 2 delightful kids into our family. So I am experiencing my first Christmas as a Grandma figure. Saying yes to my crone years.
Yay grandma!!! How wonderful for you all. Aaah the tarot if the she tarot ! Perfect choice 😍😍🤦♀️ im finding my health a good way to change up how I am treating myself , much much love to you and yours for this festive season...thank you so much for dropping by 💐💐💐

Hi Hazel, goodness that a long time im so sorry you have to navigate this and I'm grateful its only now for me 😢 but its given me a whole different perspective so that I get pleasure out of little things and the world has slowed for me 💐 lovely to see you at the cottage as always x
It must be so frustrating but at least you have a diagnosis now. Thank you for a uplifting video and a welcome to the winter season. Sending love and healing xx

I am the same Demelda, I leave home much less now and find with this condition its easier to stay home. Oooh what deck are you using for the TarotAdvent ? xx
❤ playing catch up on videos and found your lovely self 😊 hope all is well and you have found some help for the symptoms. I can 100% relate to the feelings of frustration at not being able to do what we used to. It's messing with my head and sense of self too. It sounds like you have begun Wintering, and cozy times are ahead.

Dear Helen thank you so much for popping by, time really does run away from us 🤦♀️ so many changes to put in place and yet those cards didn't bring anything scary thank goodness ...not sure about this deck tbh 😂 have a blessed holiday season my friend xx
In so many ways dear Giselle we are going through some very very similar things and we find great relief comfort and yes, strength similarly as well. Perhaps we can garden together in the coming year and collaborate? I did Cosmos and Zinnias this year and want to add the magic of Dahlias as well - they sparkle at night under a flashlight like they are dressed in glitter. That is one of my first magickal moments and when I realized I was on the right path. I just love you truly… ❤

I have some Zinnia seeds for next year already haha, the pleasure in creating your garden and being able to manage all the to do lists hahaha much love fellow garden witch xxx
So sorry to hear about your pain you're going through, I sympathise with you I was born with rheumatoid arthritis which has got really bad over the last two years and I also think I might have fibromyalgia to. My grandfather had it bad so it's probably in my genes. Love spiritual sister ❤
