I review luxury beauty products before they’re launched. I got this product sent to review and it was the biggest let down. The packaging feels cheap and flimsy. The pencil formula is patchy and dries out quickly. Mine fell out upon opening. The eyeliner is okay in terms of the brush tip applicator but the pigment is slightly translucent and too watery. The quality and amount of product for the price is flat out disappointing considering Valentino put their name on it.
That product looks travel and on the go friendly. The pencil side looks like it doesn’t need a makeup pencil sharpener. I gotta have it.
