- What mistakes did I make as a new SBI PO? I have way too many to list out but I tried to summarize the main mistakes in this video. The sbi po work experience is rewarding but when we talk about sbi po work pressure and sbi po working hours there needs to be a big discussion about sbi po work life balance. Honestly u deserve much more than just being a bank PO.. May u achieve all ur dreams :))
I feel the pressure is alot. But being less productive or less efficient is going to affect the services to customers badly. We as customers trust SBI alot.
I hope the pressure gets reduced so that officers also start enjoying their work. :)

People at my branch are very fond of calling me on weekends and I don't have much to do.Just because I am a PO,an officer ,they keep on saying that you are an officer,you have to come on weekends,you need to take responsibility ,you need to do this,that...M really pissed off with this environment..In SBI,there is no work life balance..

@@mee9594 maintain your college grades and enjoy the best life you will ever had. Think about bank exam after your 6th semester. Bank exams are not that tough to crack, you can easily crack it with one year of solid preparation. Dont waste the best part of your life thinking about the future which is not even certain. You can excell a lot in these years that you dont even have to sit for bank exams

It was a great experience as a customer of SBI. Last week i Have to done kyc of my account.as it was urgent an officer verified my all documents and signed and stamp and directed to submit it on SWO 3. The story starts here, there is a madam on that chair, when i went to submit she said ' it is not possible now ,may be not today' I say its urgent then she say ' Go to manager and say this i can't do this ,He should arrange any other way to complete your task'. I just shocked that how an employee just ignores Manager's order.
An honest analysis that anyone rarely heeds to. Hope this one will help me with my course of time in SBI. Thank u sir for your priceless videos👍

One Of my Friend in Pvt Bank was Asked Famous Personality similar to his Father Name, Farming ...
Other Friend working in PSB couldn't Reply on SBI Chairman name,had argument regarding no preparation for Interview...
Both of them got selected...
But guys whose Interview was fluent and Fantastic,were not selected...
So those dint got selected even after good Interview Don't be Demotivated,SBI CBO Interview selection process was sub standard and Not conducted by Specialized HR ..

hmm the golden words po s are there to serve people, serve bank they are servants of govt. nahi to zyadatar to even clerk se bhi ye sunne ko milta hai crack karke dikhao exam uske bad complaint karna bank ke baare mein, lagta hai ki mit crack kar liya.

basically sbi po life is shit. You're supposed to be constantly plotting and making strategies JUST so you can go home after work and this is just the tip of the iceberg. I wish i was smart enough to crack a better exam than sbi po. Can't wait to join to 30 March😏

Dada.....as an Assistant Manager in IDBI...I could definitely relate to your mistakes.....1 ta request tomake....please make a video on cross selling insurance policies and dealing with the insane targets set by the regional office...... threatening calls from GM.....so on and so forth 😂
IDBI is sinking Titanic..just get the hell out of this bank.. we are made to be slave to top management..and if you try to go against them then be ready to face the music..

What will be the effects of privatization.. is there will be less vacancies or what.. Should I prepare for banking examination or not...😑😑😑😑
SBI will never get privatised unless PM and FM took this decision on weed... SBI PO vacancies are constant for last 2-3 years, so you can expect such trend in future as well. But yes vacancies will reduce in other PSBs due to privatisation, Merger and Less Retirements.... Although Vacancies are getting reduced in every government job so if you are not fully sure and dedicated, then you should go for a private job.
Overall things are getting tougher day by day

Not necessarily.. promotion policy changes each year. Sometimes exams are there, sometimes direct interview.

Dada can you give your point of view on whether employees of public sector bank called govt. Employee or not?
Actually they are not called government employee because public sector banks are corporated owned by government.
For eg a person working in NTPC is not called a government employee although his company is owned by government.
Okay.So who exactly is called govt employee?

Govt employees have separate age relaxation in govt exams, but not bank employees.
