Having driving tractor trailers here in the US, I must say these Scania trucks are wonderful. I'd have liked to have been able to test drive one. Very well though out vantage points {you had me guessing a few times}and the sound capture is amazing. Thank you, I give 5 stars and it's going into my favorites. Dragon

Wow have drove Tractor Trailers here in Toronto Canada I have never seen anything like this.What a great truck train and a great side unloading that I have not seen.

I don't know if there's other companies building this kind of trailers by now but I think "Hammar Maskin" in Bollebygd, Sweden is the first or one of the first companies to build these kind of trailers. It's really a time saver with great efficiency.

It´s orginal headlamps with a yellow film on it. It is a risk of tipping if the load is frozen. But this is the best way to do the tipping because the trailer gets out of the material.
I don't know how I got here, but I watched the whole thing. That scania rig is nice!

My Son drives one of these trucks in the UK shifting chippings to the power stations, he says he has never had such a cushy job, in my day as a truck driver you would have had to shovel the load into the truck and trailer in all weathers and get a pittance.

+Mirandorl People that start playing games like ETS2 have some kind of interest in trucks to begin with, if not they wouldn't play it.
+XouZ I didn't care much for them before I started playing ETS2 (got it in a Humble Bundle, tried it and liked it), but now I do.
abrtn00101 "Didn't care much" is still care and a interest. I didn't mean that you had to have trucks on your walls at home then I wrote "some kind of interest". I meant that it was enough to consider the try it out.

Just Love the Efficiency of the whole Set-Up, wish i could get a Job Driving like that instead of some of the Crap you have to put up with here in the UK.
hear hear boy, we are still thirty years behind everybody else when it comes to this sort of work and trucks, no lugging great heavy sheet about, no uncoupling to the trailers to tip, I don't think that driver even got his gloves dirty, I was a truck and used to design trailers for carrying steel, so one trailer could carry tubes or box section or beams all on one trailer without having to carry the old goal post brackets,also extendable chassis for ridges so the could carry fifty foot beams.

polisen kan godkänna upp till 61-62 ton i vissa fall, men det är bara om dom är snälla och lasten är fördelad väldigt jämt och bra så du "bara" har 100kg för mycket på varje axel. har du däremot 400kg för mycket på en axel och du väger 60.4ton så får du betala med stora plånboken =)

I understand why you jack your trailer in so you don't run over your product but do you ever wish for a bogie drive or does the single drive with locks do a good enough job ? Take care.

Nice video, nice truck and just one question, why not a bit more side cover to prevent all that stuff from going everywhere you don't want it to go. And also, watch out when they ask uou to move some pallets, they dont like to be thrown out :-P

And the shovel weighs each bucket load so the driver knows how much to put on, also the drag unit and the trailer has it's own weigher fitted so used right there is no way you could get done for being over weight.
How tall are these things on average?!! They're huge from what I'm seeing. How powerful is the engine? Great vids, gotta love 1080p. Subbed.

thanks for answer, you have excellent channel with very nice videos , good quality , interesting camera positions....
here such trucks sometimes haul wood so they might have wood stacks home made or exte144 series , they can open both left and right side so easy to load.....
also look at my channel video of trailer both for woodchip and wood transport....but it is rarely used since it cant be fully opened for loading of planks and other timber goods
I wish you were able to load up trucks like that in ets2.

Surely that truck had it's own weigher's on, he was just to idle to signal the shovel driver when to stop loading.
