The 2020 Karma Revero GT is lovely with lots of flaws. In this video, I will share my recommendation to @Karma Automotive to fix some of those issues in the coming version.
Such a cool car, nice video. That's too bad about the build quality issues, especially at that price point, but I guess it's to be expected with niche manufacturers. When the Revero came out, I thought it was fully electric, I didn't realize there was this model first and on their website they're now teasing a fully electric version. Anyway does this have the same GM engine from the 2011 Fisker model? There are two Fisker Karmas in my area and I'm always excited to see them out and about due to their rarity and unique drivetrain. Yo bro you know that got a bmw i8 engine in it? its damn near like a i8 but the engine on yours is mounted in the front and has two rear electric motors, i want to hear how it sounds im about to tune mines soon and go catless that engine has alot of potential for it being a small 3 cylinder
That engine does not change gears and should be considered a generator that simply gets louder when more power is drawn from it. I am curious to see how you are able to tune yours. Given the Karma has electric motors I suppose it would increase the current flow if I tune the engine in the karma.
I don’t think Karma is going bankrupt. These cars are for very special people that is why there are no ads. Depending on where you live service can be a problem. I believe karma is trying to increase their presence in major city by adding or partnering with local dealers.
Honestly, yes I would because it is a great car. But I would recommend Karma either add a real engine to get the sport car experience or make it fully electric without the BMW engine.
Either adding or removing shims should fix the door issue. At the rear of the door, you can see the horizontal door trim is not lined up.

Yes, you will need an oil change every 5,000 miles.

The new ones don't have a GM engine they use one from BMW

Very small, you will be disappointed if you have big bags.
