As the owner of a small Coffee House, I always appreciate the knowledge and love that goes into production of beans. Thanks for sharing this info with the world!
My new favorite cooking channel. Hey I just discovered Colatura di Alici - the modern version of the ancient Roman fish sauce called garum. It's smoother and more mellow than Asian fish sauce and I'm using it in all kinds of dishes to add savory depth. Would be cool to see you use it in something - pasta, rice, meat dish...
Legendary videos! You're missing wild game meat though! Seeing you do venison, rabbit, goose, squirrel, and all the other game meat would take your channel to the next level Especially if it included wild foraged fruits, herbs, nuts, and mushrooms From the wild to the table!
I would love to see this too. The “game meat” world of cooking still has some need for exposure compared to the mainstream meats. I actually wonder what dishes Andy could make

Coffee is really good, like in a lot of other coffee shops, working with and for st ali company/ group is toxic , generally speaking.
Expand your horizons Andy, there are much much better options in Melbourne and Australia wide. Look for consistency.
9th Kare kare
Have been to St Ali many times. Used to order their beans online. But the whole RAT saga put me off them for good. Now source my coffee elsewhere.
