Love the Florida trip series. Nice seeing different fish that I don't see in bucks county. You are the man Leo. Thanks for all of your hard work doing these vids. It's very much appreciated buddy
+weqrfawe It is, Will! The place is amazing for fishing! When you go there in March, make sure to send me an e-mail beforehand. I can give you a map of all the places that I have explored down there so far, including which Species I have caught. Tight lines!
+Simpsorama50 There will be uploads throughout Winter, brother. So far, I have 5 videos scheduled for release and I just did a wonderful fishing session three days ago at Lindenwold -- 8 Species of fish in one day! So, plenty of footage to come :) P.s. photos of that session are on Instagram (Extreme Philly Fishing). Tight lines!
the Bluegill and the snakehead are the best tasting fish out of the fresh water and if you are from the Appalachian Mountains like I am the Bass is good eatin to. all the best, thanks for the video.
It's interesting how much the type water you're fishing changes the colourations on the fish. Great work Leo. Too bad it was a bit of a rough day fishing, but hey everyday is a new adventure to catch fish eh
+The Fishing Experiment Thanks for watching and stopping by, The Fishing Experiment! And I totally agree with you -- even if I get the skunk, every journey is an experience and every new place counts :). Tight lines and FISH ON!
+Mikey Got Bass Thanks for watching and stopping by, Mikey! Cali is definitely on my list; though, I am not sure when I will be able to go there. :( Tight lines and FISH On!
Leo, I think it would be cool to see all the species you have caught in one video. 1 picture for every species you have fished, and out of all the species which are your favorites to fish for. Tight lines :) 👌
+Alan Najera Thank you very much for the suggestion, Alan. I have a video like that on the Channel already (ua-cam.com/video/nSaTJz8B504/v-deo.html); however, that one is not up to date. I have to make a new one for 2016. Tight lines, Alan!
+Michael Stevens Awesome! Glad to hear that you enjoyed lesson 1. I have part of it filmed and I still need to film 2 sections for it. Should be released in a range of a week or so. I apologize for the delay -- this Holiday season got my schedule all screwed up. Look forward to it! Tight lines!
+Stanley6.0 No. I let those go in the video, Stanley6.0. If I was staying more days in Fort Lauderdale or I lived down there, then I would have taken some of them as dinner. :) Tight lines and fish on!
Connor Perriey Not gotta lie to you, man. When I was a kid, back in Brazil, it was all about catching the fish to eat. I still take some fish home nowadays from time to time, but I never thought about "selective harvest" or any other conservation stuff when I was a child. In other words, all those Tilapia ended up as dinner. Hah. And they tasted great! My mom used to cook them for dinner and brother -- it was amazing! Tight lines!
I love all those fish, but I'm happy that you were getting hits by the natives. Gives hope that they are doing well even with all the introduced species.
+Mark Quadrozzi Definitely, Mark. Lots of invasive Species of fish down there nowadays, but there are still some natives here and there. Tight lines and thanks for watching!
+Amplify Swift Awesome! Glad to hear that you enjoyed lesson 1. I have part of it filmed and I still need to film 2 sections for it. Should be released in a range of a week or so. I apologize for the delay -- this Holiday season got my schedule all screwed up. Look forward to it! Tight lines!
+Sick Clipz Pretty much what Jed commented above. I google the places first and see if there is any info about them on the Internet. If not, then I have to go down there to check it myself. :) Tight lines, Sick Clipz!
+juan duran You will never see me stepping on a fish. *Never.* Even when I take them home for consumption or save them as bait, I never step on them. Tight lines, Juan!
+2rods 2friends I am fully aware of that. It was truly my mistake. The thing down there was that I made a mistake and brought the wrong reel for the G-15 Canal adventure. Instead of bringing 15lbs Braided line, I brought my Shimano reel with 6lbs test line fluorocarbon. So, I just couldn't tighten the drag while Multi-Species fishing. Of course I hated myself for a couple days, but it is what it is. Hah. I appreciate the suggestion. Tight lines and FISH ON!
Hey man, when I fish canals in florida I tend to use a bass pro shops tournament series micro spinner in brighter colours, if you check out my latest video at the end you will see me using one, when I use them I catch fish almost every catch
Just an FYI Markham park has big snakes in it. Try throwing a frog along the shoreline. Check out my channel. I fish Ft. Lauderdale for snakeheads ~Capt. Pat
+Captain Patbot Oh wow. I see that you are a Snakehead fanatic, Captain Patbot! I did hear good reports of Bullseye Snakeheads from the Markham Park, but didn't try much for them that day. Thanks for the information! Tight lines and fish on!
+Anthony Limauro I am fully aware of that. It was truly my mistake. The thing down there was that I made a mistake and brought the wrong reel for the G-15 Canal adventure.
