well its approx 3/4” in length but also a harrow bat is narrower as its a junior bat. so its 4 1.16” instead of 4 1/4”. so if its made for an adult its made with a full width blade and is classed as an adult bat. the whole thing of having the right length bat is that you dont have lots of handle sticking out above the hands getting caught u in clothing padding etc and it helps in your posture and stance. though i know many short players whove stood very upright and used long handles which in effect has made them play with very high hands which they felt comfortable with.
