  • In this video, I have shared two methods by which you can prepared Kokum Juice or Sharbat.
    The first one is an instant method, wherein you can enjoy the drink immediately after preparing. The second method is the traditional one. You have to keep the jar filled with Kokum fruit & sugar for atleast 10 days, before you can start using the juice. The second method is slow but it has a long shelf life.
    If fresh Kokum fruit is not available in the place you live, then use the dry Kokum, which is easily available everywhere. When you use dry kokum, boil it for a little longer.
    You can replace sugar with jaggery too!
