I would say that the harnesses / wiring adaptors are probably Aerpro products . They usually come in 2 parts , part 1 is a vehicle specific harness to an ISO plug, part 2 is a head unit specific harness to ISO plug. So it's possible to put any brand of head unit, into any make of car. They are avaiable from SCA, Auto One, Repco, etc .. or even from eBay.
I recently replaced the factory radio in my Hi-Ace with a Sony XAV-AX3200, just needed 3 wring harnesses to get it all working. All Aerpro parts.
The Toyota specific harness ( APP0141 ) ,
the Sony to ISO harness,
and the facia accessory ATB3USB (Toyota specific part) ( this part allows you to have the USB and A/V (3.5mm jack) next to the radio instead of the blank plates used in the video at 4:35 . This part is only really used if you put in an Apple CarPlay and/or AndroidPlay compatible radio ) .
