Hey Thanks for the shot out in the beginning of the video. I have been looking forward to this upload. The hyper smooth makes for some great videos, as you said, it don't do nothing to show the abuse one endures while riding these dirt bikes. The reverse direction made for a entirely different experience. My boy's and I went riding on Memorial Day and the long loop bailout, right by the skidder was a beautiful site to see. Great video as usual, keep the coming. Jake
Yea man it was awesome meeting you!! Honestly, completing the full long loop is harder then most of the Hare scrambles I have done. Shoot I dont need to tell you, you know whats up haha!

I rode a 250 exc yesterday. I must say I was impressed at how well it crawled up the steep stuff and the suspension was super comfy. Pretty impressed actually and that was just a 250
MidWest MX 300, you should try the yz250x great bike just rebuilt my top end after 100hrs
Was it the 2 stroke, or 4 stroke?

Gladius Jon it was the 2 stroke. Really liked it, sad to say but I actually loved it haha. Thinking of trying one out. You recommend the 250 or the 300 for someone who’s learning 2 strokes all over again? Might look at the tpi version not sure yet
Honestly the 250 is just fine, the 300 just has a tad more grunt down low. I would be on the fence about the TPI tho. Some people have 0 problems, others have major problems.

I feel sorry for the guy that didn't make it over the bride. Good thing there was a bunch of you to help out. And I agree, the Hero7 makes every trail look like it's completely smooth no matter how gnarly it is.
ADVsquared I like your solution tho, low mounted gopro footage rocks. I could go buy another 7 an do the same. But with all our mud. The footage would be absolutely ruined every 10 feet.
I really love your trails, I'd love to come visit and ride, just got a 2018 xc300 came from a 2014 xc250, plus I just got a rv

Being a dirt bike racer myself I myself can tell it’s a pretty rugged trail. Could you please tell me more about this ride and we’re it is located. I’m in East Tennessee and if it’s close enough I might try to ride this event sometime.

Washington Area Trail Riders... I used to belong to the Southern Maryland Dirt Riders club. Not sure if they are still around.

@@GladiusJon I was part of the club when they first leased that property. At the time we had 10 ride days a year at Budds Creek and we flagged the Nationals and several amateur events throughout the year. I even flagged the GP one year. I was flagging the day of Travis Pastrana's last amateur race. He raced his first national as a pro the next day. I think that the AMA/FIM still require SMDR to flag the Nationals.
It was a great club to be a member of and really enjoyed it.

@@GladiusJon LOL it's a straight path I take my newb buddies up hard shit you can't learn to ride if you don't fail and that's a fact its when your fighting your ass off to make it up that rocky single you learn clutch work. But I get what you're saying didn't mean to come off as rude but hell I'm only human...
