my question about open baffle speakers is how much of the room comes into play? Does the room become the enclosure? Placement and room treatment must be a factor? With that window behind the speakers, I feel like I hear the room. Of course, this is through youtube. I love the open airy yet detailed sound overall
The room wont become the enclosure but in some ways it can excite the room more and in other ways less. They are best suited for rooms with a ton of distance between the back of the speaker to the wall behind it - very similar to the requirements for a speaker like Magnapans.
