I’d like to know more about your rewards. As the interventionist, I usually don’t have a lot of behavior problems. Instead I see several issues with effort, so I would love to hear more about the three tier rewards so students have an opportunity to earn rewards in different ways.
Intrinsic rewards are internal factors that motivate people to want to complete specific tasks and projects. These rewards are imparted by the psychological nature of our abilities, feelings and actions. Would you do your job if you didn't get paid? Probably not. Getting a paycheck is an intrinsic reward (e.g. it motivates us to do our job).
Hands down best channel ive found for teaching and classroom tips. Clear cut to the point. Thanks!

I can definitely work on a video for that! I have an individual reward video coming out soon! But I can definitely talk about group and whole class.
Did you just say that your paycheck was an intrinsic reward? Please clarify

I misspoke and meant to say that extrinsic rewards are a part of life. Paycheck, Starbucks, etc are all extrinsic rewards.
This is also true!
