if you have enough resources, jinhsi is the perfect choice for a newbie. You can use rover Carlotta and jinhsi, making 3 different teams for tower of adversity. However, don't pull jinhsi right away because we need to see if they will rerun shorekeeper in next patches. Shorekeeper is amazing, you need her along with verina, she can buff everyone crit rate crit dmg as a healer. For the moment save resources and be patient for the investment.
If possible, save for jinshi but if we get a shorekeeper rerun before her then you should definitely get her. Jinshi is still the strongest nuker in the game and shorekeeper is still the best support in the game.
@kenjizx1337 You're saying the liberation is already level 10? If so, then yeah, upgrade the forte. The priorities should be liberation, skill, and forte. And no, i don't think lvl 10 forte affects the dmg of liberation, but it's still really important for dmg so yeah level that.

shorekeeper is indeed priority number 1 for any account
