If you plan to have Zhezhi as main DPS then yes. She is actually pretty good with Sanhua / Youhu team. As a sub-dps / buffer, she is more of a luxury option. So it depends whether or not you need to max out the damage of Jinhsi or Carlotta. Since they can utilize Yuanwu's skill or Lumi's / Taoqi's outro respectively.

That said, there is a situation where 44111 become better. Like when a character has an abundance of ATK% or DMG Bonus%, which usually a result of having resonance chain or using an ATK% weapons. So it really depends on the characters themselves. Keep in mind that some guide about using echo assumes that when using 44111 set, one of the 4-cost is a Crit Rate%. That setup will have a lot of difference compared to 44111 set with double Crit Damage%.

Yes. Some animation can be skipped by swapping directly to the next character. Although it's not a skip in a literal way since the animation still happen. It just moves independently while we gain control of the next character. Heron's echo attack is one of them.
You should change your cost 3 HP of Shorekeeper into the cost 1 HP since it provides more HP than the cost 3, and also the cost 1 echo is easier to farm for
Either is fine. Jinhsi is a one man unit. If you have Verina at least, you then have a full spectro team, even with only 4* wep. Verina, Yuanwu, Jinhsi can clear ToA floors 3* as long as you build Jinhsi strong enough. That said, the reply above is more appropriate for you since you want Brant. Changli is quite a very fickle unit, she's hard to utilize as a hyper dps, so having someone you can duo with like Brant helps a lot.

@ Lumi is better imo. While their outro buffs are nearly identical, Taoqi is more of a defensive / support unit than a dedicated sub-dps.

why does verina have SK weapon? it's not like she can give the atk boost to her allies. her resonance skill doesn't even heal.
