I love how they act like they are the first one to discover these things. So arrogant. It’s all been here since the beginning, but was purposely taken from our knowledge. Unforgivable IMO. They have caused all the unnecessary suffering of the world. God left us cures for everything 😌

Dried avocado seeds pulverized into powder (1/2 teaspoon) on salads, juices, smoothies, etc is excellent for you; just don’t overdo it, just like anything in excess.
@@JamesThomas-pv5en there are good videos on UA-cam, but its so simple to make , i just blend the seeds down to a powder, spread on baking paper and dry either low temp in oven, or in the sun, keep in airtight tin or glass to keep. i either sprinkle in a fruit smoothie or drink as a tea, strain through a fine mesh tea strainer, drink with either honey, or as is. me i don't mind the grounds in my tea. .. there are videos on its health benefits as well, hope you enjoy both👍

If avocado peeps/seeds are unhealthy or deadly then I died years ago because my green smoothies with avocado ALWAYS have them.
