Love love love this one. I tend to enjoy the songs they play more without the sometimes overpowering drums. Just like to watch & listen to these guys play.

I understand you have to pay the bills, but play something truly amazing, not just covers.
"amazing" is, of course, subjective. But, Apocalyptica have written, played and recorded plenty of original material. Have a look around, it's easy enough to find.
They remastered their 'played Metallica by four cellos' album to celebrate their 20th anniversary...
Like Carl Eccles mentioned... they have plenty of truly amazing original stuff.
You should listen to all their work. You did not do it yet it seems. They create and play for 20 years, and are really creative and amazing.
Quentin They have been playing for more than 20 years. And of course, they do have plenty of original music. For example, you can try listening to Bittersweet, or something newer like Shadow Maker. However, if I'm not mistaken, for their debut album they played only Metallica covers. Now, 20 years later, to celebrate this date, they released a remastered version of that first album: "Apocalyptica plays Metallica by four cellos". And they are also touring all around the world covering Metallica songs. I think they have become very successful since they first started playing, and now they can probably do way more than just pay the bills with their music xD.
@@gruposgrupitos6690 it's hilarious tho that out of all their original work you arguably pick their worst album and the most mainstreamy radio ballad they recorded.
