How about someone who has a BRP with their VISA to expire around July 2025 but they are yet to receive the invitation from Home Office to apply for e-visa?
Can they travel out of the country and return post 31st Dec 2024 with the expired BRP pending when they receive the Home Office invite?
Why would you leave the country when there will be issues with your BRP? Be careful, though

Try and check your junk mail because they claim they've sent it to everyone.

If you are with an employer on an old salary threshold and you switch employer, will the new salary threshold apply to you?
Because the annual salary on my cos states is 22,300, but the new threshold states 23,300 for health and care visas . Do I have to meet the £23,300 ?
N.B : I had my first COS before April 4th… I’m just changing my employer, same health and care visa.
Going forward, you must be sponsored based on the current salary threshold if you are changing employer

Hello @Nanelle… regarding the question I asked 2 days ago. This is the update! UKVI sent me a mail that they require additional information/ action from my sponsor. I asked my sponsor what information was required of them and they said it was regarding the threshold but they already told Home office that I was already on the route before April 4th. I’m so worried right now cos I do not know what the decision of the home office will be .

You can do without invite, have helped a friend do theirs because l got and they were still waiting just follow- access evisa gov.uk
