- In conclusion, Tchia puts a strong first impression with its faithful rendition of a hidden tropical paradise and fun traversal mechanics. But the game quickly tends to devolve into a subpar open world experience complete with all the trappings that come with that description.
Boring mission design and repetitive side activities can quickly come together to make this experience a dull time, which is a shame considering that Tchia could have been so much more. - Ігри

It's a game for children with little gaming experience. Anyone older than 12 will get bored really fast by the repetitive tasks and empty, unremarkable world and story.
While I don’t always agree with your opinions I can always expect a fair, thorough and reasonable review of a game. And I appreciate that 👍👌

I’ve never cared for story games are meant to played not watched.
You can travel fast if you have discovered all the docks. No lag on my end, how come there are crashes? Eh?

Typically it’s based on a certain time on that day based on your timezone. More than likely it will pop up once it reaches that hour relative to your location

btw the framerate was not fine on my PS5, the game stutters like a mothereffer in fidelity mode, and also occasionally in framerate mode too, but way less. I haven't had a single crash though.
From Twitter, the dev says it support 1080 @60 fps on PS5 now.

Ya know what this game needs? Is a add on( much like no man’s sky) where you can add surfing, or paddle boarding, or even wingfoiling. Add better combat. More enemies!

I wanted to love it. It's indie games that keep gaming alive for me. But the camera bob gave me motion sickness and what I did play was very basic and not fun at all.
Wow this is the first review I've watched/read of Tchia that's like 95% negative. Every other review says this game is worth getting. I think I'll still get the game to see for myself, but I really appreciate this review and your perspective!! Love hearing thoughts from both sides

I got the platinum and had 0 issues with crashing or glitches. I played it for free on PS plus so I didn't have any buyers remorse. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience as I decided to give it a shot without any prior knowledge of its existence. If you want a chill explore game with very fun movement and an easy platinum, play this game. The flipping and tree launches stayed fun for me the entire time. I had a few days off work and just smashed it, it was a blast and I might go back for the PS4 platinum

I played this yesterday, and it is not good, it reminds me of a game made in dreams, a bad one at that as well, if and indy game is good, like hollow knight, then it deserves a high score, if it's bad like this, then obviously like any game, it gets a bad review, I'm mean she's like spiderman, she can climb any building, it's fun at first, but then you know they just can't be bothered to program what she can and can't climb.

PS. If youre trying to claim it got a bad review because it's a bad game... then the fact that most reviewers are giving it great scores... MUST mean that its a great game. Based off your nonsense logic.

The part that has stalled the game for me is the awful chunk in chapter 7 where you have to sabotage the factories to open up the prison. As said in review, combat isn’t fun, and due to limits on her spirit bar combined with placement of enemies v possessable objects to do damage, this part is a chore. Once I figured out I could, I skipped that gameplay chunk for last factory (that and I glitched into ground).
Enjoyed it up until that point. But wow that ground it to a hault.
I never once crashed while playing this game

Is it me or is this review a huge miss? The comments are 99% positive on the game. This game it’s on the PSN extra and I’m thinking of playing it so I looked for a review and this one was the first. I’m thinking I need a second opinion.

I hate to be that guy, but when I started playing this last night, the locked 30fps made me turn it off within 5 mins, I'm sure there's alot of great fun to had, but 60fps should always be a option

Played this game for 6 hours straight on release day. Love it. It’s such a charming little game with an open world done right. Proves you don’t need combat to be fun.
Edit: I take this comment back. A forced scene at the mid game made me really uncomfortable and had me uninstall the game. I’m not sure why the devs saw it necessary to add something like that into an innocent game.

There’s a a scene that turns an innocent friendship into a lesbian moment with sensualizes prepubescent characters that comes out of left field. It felt unnecessarily forced and cringy.

Where are these homosexual comments coming from? I didn’t hear that in this review. Is there something someone knows that we don’t. Please explain. In the end, homosexuality is found in animals and people for centuries. It’s not going anywhere. Kids might be better off to at least understand it. Obviously there is a reasonable approach in that though.

What horrible review of a great artistic game. it's all subjective, but it's a great getaway from shooters etc...

So for example, in woke media, pushing diversity is far more important than historical accuracy, or in the case of fiction, staying true to the source material.
Another example would be elevating female characters to such an OTT extent that they become Mary Sues with no faults, and nothing to learn. etc. Basically pushing a so called "progressive" message takes precedence even if it's at the expense of the narrative or setting of the story being told.
