Excellent video! Wife & I just watched this because we are highly interested Southern Harmony. I've seen a video on problems dealing with the monthly cap on construction. Seems in Arizona this lead to lot bidding over asking price. Do you have a video, or can you explain in detail the buying process? Especially on a new project like Southern Harmony, want to avoid any surprises at or near closing.
Hey Joe! First, thanks for watching! The developer here understands that buyers do not like the idea of "bidding" on lots, and as of now, there is no plan to do so. It will, however, be a first-come-first-served situation.
